If you need to cancel your booking or move it to different dates, here is what happens.

Cancellation Windows

For cancellations made well before the check-in date, the amount you paid may be refunded according to the terms of your booking. Different terms may apply to last-minute cancellations.

The Refund Process

Once a refund is approved, the amount is returned to your account within a reasonable period, depending on your payment method.

Changing Your Dates

Subject to availability, we can consider a request to move your booking to different dates. We recommend getting in touch as early as possible.

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters or a state of emergency, we will work with you to find the most suitable arrangement.
